Dr. Gonzalez de Castillo holds a Doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University (2023). Her academic journey also includes a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership from Texas A&M International University (2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Bicultural Studies from the University of Texas-San Antonio (2003).
